"USAID" Delegation at AASTMT AbuKir Campus

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) efforts to promote discussion and exchange of experiences in areas of mutual interest, AASTMT welcomed the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) delegation on Tuesday 30- 7- 2019, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus – Alexandria, where they discussed the methods that enhance and increase the scope of cooperation in areas of common interest.
It`s worth to mention that “USAID” Delegation met AASTMT students of the International Institute for Education program (IIE), as to check the progress of the educational process, then the delegation had a tour at AASTMT and visited AASTMT Planetarium and Integrated Simulator Complex (ISC).
Moreover, IIE has a strong commitment to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, as well as with the generous support of sponsors and donors, IIE programs in the region aim to improve understanding between the United States and MENA countries, develop leadership in the region, and build capacity among individuals and institutions to address global challenges.
