Women Leadership and Excellence Awards (WLEA) 2020

As an important step to catalyze a cultural shift in women for entrepreneurship, MICE Quotient has instituted the Women Leadership and Excellence Awards (WLEA) to recognize and honor outstanding women Leaders & Organizations and their Ecosystem Builders, as WLEA will also recognizes women actively advocating Diversity and Inclusion, as well as Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in Organizations.
The Women Leadership and Excellence Awards (WLEA) 2020 is a part of the 5th Edition of The Arab Women In Leadership and Business Summit that is dedicated to Arab women Leaders as it will be held during 5 - 6 February 2020, at the United Arab Emirates, where a total of 16 Awards under WLEA 2020 have been carefully considered to enable the participation of women achievers through the process of nomination.
In keeping with the leading role of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in serving the Arab world, as well as AASTMT keenness to be compatible with the rapid global development, in this regard, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President is encouraging all AASTMT family members to participate by voting to support Prof. Dr. Ghada El-Kot - AASTMT Deputy President for Strategic Affairs, as she is the only Egyptian candidate for this award.
