"International Day of Education" Celebration at AASTMT

Within the keenness of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) to achieve sustainable development goals, as to enhance its role in serving the community, AASTMT celebrated with the "International Day of Education" as the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution proclaiming 24 January as International Day of Education.
The celebration was held on Wednesday 24- 1- 2023, at AASTMT College of Engineering and Technology - Abu Kir Campus, under the auspices of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President and in the presence of AASTMT Officials, academic staff members, lecturers, staff and students.
It is also worth to mention that Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Bari - AASTMT Vice President for Postgraduate Affairs, delivered a speech on behalf of His Excellency AASTMT President who stressed on the importance of the 4th goal of the Sustainable Development (SDG), which is the quality of education and its role in achieving other SDGs.
