AASTMT President Participation in the World Maritime Day “2021” celebration

Within the World Maritime Day “2021” Celebration that was held on Saturday 25- 9- 2021, the Maritime Transport Sector of the Egyptian Ministry of Transport organized the annual celebration of the World Maritime Day under the patronage of H.E Lieutenant-General Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir - Egyptian Minister of Transport with the slogan "Seafarers at the core of the future of Maritime Transport".
H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - President of the of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime (AASTMT) participated in the celebration, as for honoring AASTMT with the Scientific Excellence Award for obtaining a “five stars institution” at “QS Star Ratings System”, and that was held in the presence of H.E Eng. Yehia Zaki - the Chairman of Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone), H.E Rear Admiral/ Reda Ahmed Ismail - Head of the Maritime Transport Sector (MTS), H.E Lieutenant General Osama Rabie - Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA), and H.E Major General Mohamed El-sherif - Governor of Alexandria, in addition to a group of members of the diplomatic and consular corps, Heads of the board of directors of various ports and companies specialized in the maritime transport industry, and workers in the maritime transport sector.
