International Conference on Maritime Transport & Logistics

The Maritime Research and Consultation Center (MRCC) and Port Training Institute (PTI) of The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) are organizing an international Conference on Maritime Transport and Logistics that is entitled "A Vision for Future Integration" (MARLOG) at Al Zahraa Ballroom - Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza Hotel, during the period from 10 – 12 April 2011.

The Conference is one of the most important regional events in the field of Ports and Maritime Transport Industry. Also, it is one of the unique events that gathers the Universities, Colleges and Maritime Institutes Staff members, Arab and Foreign Shipping Companies, Logistics Services Providers (LSP's), Freight Forwarders and those who are involved in order to exchange experiences and discuss the recent developments in this industry as well as the emerging developments in Ports and Logistics to be able to improve the strategic planning processes and their developments in order to achieve a better future, in addition to the opening of new areas of cooperation at this industry different work areas.

The Conference Organizing Committee welcomes Professors, Scholars, Researchers, Experts and the companies that are involved in Ports and Maritime Transport Industry, as their participation with research papers, presentations and discussions will enrich the Conference.
