Under the auspices of of H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag – President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) - Conference Honorary Chairmanship, the 23rd International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications (ICCTA 2013) will be held under the Chairmanship of H.E Prof. Dr. Yousry S. El-Gamal – President of the Computer Scientific Society (CSS),during 29 – 31 October 2013, at Sheraton El-Montazah Hotel – Alexandria – Egypt, where the conference is organized by the Computer Scientific Society (CSS) with technical co-sponsorship by IEEE Alexandria subsection.
