The Official Opening of AAST-GE DP Training Centre

Under the patronage of H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag – President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), and in cooperation with General Electric company, AASTMT announces the official opening of AAST-GE Dynamic Positioning Center Equipped with GE Marine’s “Class A” full mission off-shore vessel Simulator and offshore crane Simulator to Serve the Maritime Industry.
The opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday 27- 10- 2015, at AASTMT AbuKir campus – Alexandria, in the presence of H.E Mr. Sofiane ben Tounes - President and Chief Executive Officer, North East Africa, General Electric and Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Maksoud - Representative of General Electric Company and the project manager, in addition to H.E the British Ambassador.
