“Rector of Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy Varna” Appreciation

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) membership of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) as well as H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President participation in the meetings of “session 6” of IAMU Executive Council that was held during 9 – 13 October 2017, in Varna – Bulgaria, H.E Admiral Boyan Mednikarov - Rector of Nikola Vaptsarov Naval thanks and appreciates H.E AASTMT President as for AASTMT leading role that contribute in the success of IAMUC - AGA2017 conference "Annual General Assembly (AGA)" - an international conference of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) that was held during 11 - 14 October 2017 at the Nicola Vapsarov Academy - Varna - Bulgaria.
It`s worth to mention that "Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy" is a national institution for tertiary education, training and research in the field of national security and defense, maritime business and maritime technologies. The academy was established on January 9, 1881 and is the oldest engineering university in Bulgaria. It has contributed not only to the development of the Bulgarian Navy, but also to the development of the country’s engineering community and the establishment of the Bulgarian maritime industry.
