The administrative prosecution
In August 2018, the AAST College of Law represented by Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the AAST, has concluded a cooperation protocol with The Administrative Prosecution represented by consultant Amani Al-Rafi’i head of the Administrative Prosecution.The Protocol is concerned with scientific, legal and cultural cooperation in the fields of common interests between the two parties to achieve their respective objectives, in accordance with national laws and regulations and the in-force international conventions.The parties also agreed through the Protocol to organize conferences, seminars, workshops and training courses.The parties shall also cooperate in the conduct of research, studies and preparation of working papers, in order to contribute to the development of the legal culture, in accordance with accepted scientific curricula and in accordance with the applicable international standards.
