Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (Smart Village Campus)- Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Energy Engineering, Electronics and communications Engineering and Construction Engineering have been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, the global accreditor of college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology.  ABET accreditation assures that programs meet standards to produce graduates ready to enter critical technical fields that are leading the way in innovation and emerging technologies and anticipating the welfare and safety needs of the public.

 The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) vamber, 14, 2005.lidated the program of undergraduate Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design effective from 2005/6.

 

RIBA Visit for the Continuation of Validation Accreditation

In May 2009, faculty of engineering and technology has started preparations for RIBA revalidation for part 1 and part 2. A full visiting board has visited the AASTMT, Alexandria campus between the 17th and the 20th of October 2009.

A continuation of validation for another 5 years until 2014 for both RIBA part 1 and part 2 has been granted for the AASTMT architectural program i, which proves the success of the architecture program and its outstanding achievement.
