Objectives

• This course aims to provide students an understanding and necessary skills to plan, schedule and monitor construction projects. By the end of the course, the student should have a clear knowledge of how construction contracts are planned, scheduled and resource/cash loaded, and monitored, and have further developed basic analytical skills prepare professional schedules.
