The College of International Transport and Logistics, represented the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT)at The Campus Tour #EU4YOUth as one of the Egyptian Maia Taqa project’s partners at Alexandria University.
#EU4YOUth is a regional communication campaign running in seven countries of the Southern Neighborhood region. The theme chosen for the tour in Egypt is Education and Youth Empowerment, as the EU invests massively in these areas in the country. Its aim to increase awareness and understanding of the EU values and the EU cooperation projects/ programs that empower youth in different fields.
Event outputs:
- gather, mobilize and connect with students across Egypt
- announcing EU-funded projects and programmes that focus on youth empowerment.
- networking with other EU projects and programmes.
- creating exposure among youth about Maia-Taqa project and the renewable energy by defining a new group of sustainable services related to energy, water and waste.
- demonstrate the EU’s commitment to help build better futures for students/young citizens.
