Project Description:
Mechanization of all activities in the Authority within both maritime safety insurance systems and the General Secretariat system, and these system includes financial affairs, administrative affairs, warehouses, secretaries, archives and engineering projects system and conncecting each of them.
Methodolgy:
The information system consists of the following subsystems, which were implemented using the Oracle database:

• Audit and Treasury System
• Engineering Projects System.
• Electronic Archiving System.

- System of Organization, Management and Training.
• Administrative system includes:
- Personnel Affairs System
- Payroll and Benefits System for Workers.
- Insurance and Pensions
- Medical Care for employees
The project has been successfully implemented and currently being used in all financial, commercial and administrative work, which has led to increased speed and accuracy of completed work.
