We extend our sincere gratitude to the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) for its continued partnership and generous support of entrepreneurship development programs at our center.
Through initiatives such as the Egypt Entrepreneurship Rally and the RIPPLE program, NBE has played a pivotal role in empowering students, startups, and youth-led enterprises across Egypt. Their strategic collaboration with university-based Entrepreneurship Centers reflects a shared commitment to fostering innovation, building entrepreneurial ecosystems, and equipping the next generation of changemakers with the skills, mentorship, and resources they need to succeed.
Since 2020, AASTMT’s Entrepreneurship Center and the National Bank of Egypt have collaborated to support the Egypt Entrepreneurship Rally competition. The National Bank of Egypt continued its strategic backing of the competition for the third consecutive session, with participation from 20 Egyptian universities at March 2023, in the sixth edition of the Egypt Entrepreneurship Rally was launched at the Arab Academy’s Alexandria campus.
The NBE’s support covers financial backing, entrepreneurship training, and prize funding. The competition provides young entrepreneurs and students with training, opportunities to present ideas to investors, and financial rewards
By 2024, AASTMT emphasized this ongoing partnership within its broader strategy to build the university-based entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Rally competition is integrated with programs like Ripple, which supports ECs and business incubators. AASTMT highlighted the fourth year in a row of NBE's support for the Rally.
