
Shourouk Adel Abdel Karim is a prominent figure in Egypt’s strategic media and political landscape, recognized for her professional elegance and deep involvement in national affairs. A high-achieving graduate of the Class of 2018 from the College of Language and Communication (CLC) at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and a Master’s degree in Digital Media (2023). Her career is anchored by her graduation from the 4th batch of the Presidential Leadership Program for Youth (PLP), which paved the way for her significant roles in governance and public discourse. Shourouk has consistently been entrusted with high-stakes national responsibilities, including: Strategic Media Leadership: She served as the Head of the Media Committee for the official 2024 Presidential Election campaign of candidate Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and was recently appointed to the National Media Authority's committee for the 2025 Parliamentary Elections. National Event Presentation: In 2024, she was selected to present the "Egyptian Family Iftar," a cornerstone of national social dialogue attended by the President and diverse sectors of society. International Diplomacy & Coordination: She served on the UN-affiliated organizing committee for COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh (2022) and participated in organizing the African Development Bank’s annual meetings in Egypt (2023).
