Historic Achievement: AASTMT Alumna Dr. Enas Hafez Becomes First Egyptian Graduate of the Arab Mayors Academy

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) extends its warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to our esteemed alumna, Dr. Enas Samir Hafez, Deputy Governor at South Sinai, on her official graduation from the second cohort of the prestigious Arab Mayors Academy (AMA).

A Groundbreaking Milestone

Dr. Enas Hafez has made history as the Academy's first Egyptian graduate, setting a new standard for urban leadership and capacity building in the Arab region.The Arab Mayors Academy is a distinguished capacity-building program designed as a vital collaboration between the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). The program offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary educational framework focused on the evolving demands of modern urban governance.

Dr. Enas Hafez obtained her Master of Science degree in Urban Planning from the AASTMT in 2016, achieving an Excellent grade.
