Zeinab Mustafa Ibrahim Maged** is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of International Business and Marketing at the College of Management and Technology, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Cairo, Egypt. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, both with *Excellent with Honor*. She is currently a PhD researcher in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) at Cairo University. Her academic experience includes undergraduate teaching, assessment design, academic quality assurance, and student advising. Her research interests focus on human resources management, organizational behavior, and business education, with a particular emphasis on advancing rigorous, practice-informed management scholarship.
