Dr. Shereen Morsi is a Professor of Business Information Systems at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. Her academic and research work spans business intelligence, generative AI adoption, e-commerce technologies, system dynamics, and data-driven decision support. She holds a Ph.D. in Computing from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom and an M.Sc. in Statistics from Ain Shams University. Over her career, she has designed and taught courses in AI for Business, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, E-Commerce, and Decision Support Systems, and supervised research in biometric authentication, customer loyalty, and e-learning adoption. Dr. Morsi has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, contributed to international conferences, and published a book on decision-making dynamics. Her professional interests integrate analytics, digital transformation, and cognitive computing to enhance business and education outcomes.
