Dr. Sharihan Mohamed Aly is a distinguished Lecturer of Business Administration, currently serving at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Port Said University, where her dissertation focused on the role of logistics management in enhancing the performance of seaports. Dr. Sharihan having earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from AASTMT, both with honors. She also holds multiple diplomas in logistics management from the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) and a diploma in Business Administration from the European Business Competence License. Dr. Sharihan has been actively involved in faculty development programs, participating in various workshops and training sessions on competitive research project preparation, effective presentation skills, entrepreneurship in educational institutions, critical thinking in education, performance measurement indicators, career development, sustainable development in education, research ethics, and examination systems. Her contributions to quality education and accreditation are noteworthy. She has played a significant role in preparing and reviewing self-study reports, strategic plans, and research plans for the College of Management and Technology at AASTMT. Additionally, she contributed to the accreditation of the College of International Transport and Logistics by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) in 2018. Dr. Sharihan’s professional experience includes her current role as a lecturer at the College of Management and Technology, Smart Village, AASTMT, and a lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. Her dedication to education and research continues to inspire her students and colleagues alike.
