Dr. Ahmed Sholla is an assistant professor in Commercial and Maritime Law at the College of International Transport and Logistics – AASTMT. PHD holder in Law from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University. He is currently the vice dean for students affairs and head of Transport Logistics Department, the academic Head for the Arab Institute for Trade and Commodity Exchange, Manager of professional certificates at college of International Transport and Logistics and Executive Director of the Scientific Cooperation Program in Postgraduate Studies with the Egyptian Navy. Besides the academics Dr. Sholla is currently considered as member of the student accountability committee at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport since August 2018 until now. In addition to participating in many national projects, he is a Member of the Ministerial Committee formed by the decision of the Egyptian Minister of Transport No. 522 of 2014 to set the ministerial decisions regulating maritime transport activities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, member of the scientific committee at the Investment club, Participated in many legal studies of an economic nature for the benefit of the Arab League and the Egyptian government. He worked as a rapporteur for many conferences, ministerial councils, and specialized technical committees in the Arab League. Dr. Ahmed is specialized in forming international contracts, agreements, joint cooperation protocols, and bids. Both public-private partnership contracts, PPP / BOT / BOOT construction contracts, and all other forms of contracts.
