I've spent the past 20 years teaching strategic management, finance, and entrepreneurship at the university level, impacting countless students. My passion lies in empowering the next generation, which I do through my work at the University of London RTC in AAST as deputy director as well as lecturer. My academic journey started with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in finance from AAST, followed by an MBA. And a Ph.D. in Microfinance from Cardiff Metropolitan, UK. But learning never stops for me, and I'm constantly seeking new knowledge and experiences. Beyond academics, I'm deeply passionate about youth development and social good. I founded a Business Case Competition for high school students, fostering their entrepreneurial spirit, and actively support micro and small startups. I also volunteer with NPO on developing Micro-projects for helping underprivileged communities build sustainable livelihoods. I believe my multifaceted background in academia, research, and social entrepreneurship allows me to make a positive difference in the world. My expertise, combined with my care for empowering others, is what drives me every day.
