Ghareb M. Hamada is Professor of Petroleum, Oil & Gas Department, College of Engineering and Technology, Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Alexandria Egypt. Hamada has long teaching and research experience in the Middle East, South Asia and Europe. Hamada research interests are mainly formation evaluation & petrophysics, production logging, petrophysical properties of unconventional reservoirs and artificial intelligence applications in formation evaluation & petrophysics. Hamada has more than 175 papers published in referred scientific journals and presented at technical conferences and author of two books in Well Logging and Formation Evaluation. Hamada holds BS and MS in petroleum engineering from Cairo University, Egypt and DEA and. D Ingenieur in applied geophysics from Bordeaux University, France. He is a member of SPE, SPWLA and SCA.
