Dr Mahmoud Shalaby is an Assistant Lecturer of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AAST) and a consultant of oncoplastic, general and oncology surgery. He completed his surgical training at Alexandria Main University Hospital, Alexandria University, specializing in breast and general surgery. During his training, he obtained his Master degree and his PhD in oncoplastic breast surgery. His research interests focus primarily on oncoplastic breast surgery, as well as other areas of oncology and general surgery. He is dedicated to advancing surgical education and improving patient outcomes.
