His multifaceted career spans roles as a consultant, lecturer, trainer, and researcher in leading management and maritime institutions, alongside his experience as a senior chief officer onboard tanker ships with the ADNOC group (UAE). Capt. Eslam Abdelghany holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transport and Technology, a Master Certificate of Competency (CoC), and a Master of Science degree in Maritime Transport, specializing in "Ship Operations and Marine Safety," with a focus on Autonomous Ships. He has participated in numerous academic activities, seminars, workshops, international field studies, and research projects, and has published several research papers in international conferences and journals, particularly on autonomous ships.
