biography

Rania Elghonemy serves as an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Management and Technology at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. Previously, she held the role of Deputy Director of International Programs for Hull University and Cardiff University within the same college. She is passionate about teaching a wide range of finance and accounting courses, including Graduation Projects in Finance and Accounting, Corporate Finance, Mathematics, Intermediate Accounting, Advanced Financial Management, Descriptive Statistics, and International Finance. Rania holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Plymouth University, focusing on the growth of firms. She is a proud alumna of the Presidential Leadership Program and contributed to global sustainability efforts as a UN Secretary during COP27. Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Rania has been actively engaged in civil work and has held roles in the Egyptian elections.

Assistant Lecturer
