Capt. Mohamed Hassan is a seasoned Maritime Master and deck officer with over 12 years of seagoing experience on board oil tankers and liquefied gas carriers, including service with Kuwait Oil Tanker Company. Building on his extensive operational background, he has transitioned to academia, where he now serves as a Maritime Lecturer and Instructor. At the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Capt. Hassan is a faculty member in the Natural Gas and Petrochemical Department at the Integrated Simulators Complex (ISC). He also lectures in Ship Stability and Ship Construction at the College of Maritime Transport and Technology, blending real-world expertise with academic excellence to prepare the next generation of maritime professionals.
