biography

Amr Atef Elhamy is an assistant professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design Department, College of Engineering and Technology, Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST), Alexandria, Egypt. He holds a BSc and MSc from AAST with an excellent honors degree, accredited by the Royal Institution of British Architects (RIBA Parts 1 and 2). He also earned his Ph.D. from the Architecture Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University. His research interests include computational design, indoor environmental quality, sustainable urban design, and urban soundscape.
