-Dr. Raed Ismail.A distinguished academic researcher with a solid background in Finance and Business Administration. Dr. Ismail began his academic journey at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, graduating top of his class. Driven by a deep interest in financial systems, he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Banking and Finance at the AASTMT Graduate School of Business. His master’s thesis focused on "The Impact of Macroeconomic Variables on Stock Market Performance: An empirical Study on Middle Eastern Countries." Dr. Ismail continued his academic progression by earning his PhD in Business Administration from the College of Management and Technology, AASTMT. His doctoral dissertation investigated "The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance: An Empirical Study on the Egyptian Market His research interests include sustainable finance, banking performance, risk management, and corporate social responsibility,
