At present, Ingy Selim works as an Assistant Lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AAST-MT). Her research interests include Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. In 2012, Ingy obtained her Bacherlors degree from the AAST-MT, with a specialization in Marketing and International Business. In 2015, she obtained her Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the Graduate School of Business at the AAST-MT. In 2024, she completed her PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
