Dr. Iman Ismail Nassef started her academic career after her graduation from the Department of Computer Engineering at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport. She received her M.Sc. in Quality Management followed by her PhD in Engineering Education Management from Bournemouth University-United Kingdom. Iman is interested in teaching, curriculum design, and research work related to education and management. She taught a number of undergraduate and master courses in various disciplines and consulted various business and service sectors where she designed different management systems for both sectors. She is a course designer and a professional trainer for many international training courses such as Lead Auditor courses certified by CQI. Iman is also a Lead Auditor as well as an EFQM assessor where she audited and assessed many systems for both the public and private sector. Currently she is the Head of Quality Assurance Unit serving the College of Computing and Information Technology.
