Noha Gamil received her BA in Business Administration from the College of Management and Technology at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in July 1999. After graduation, she started her career as a Teaching Assistant at the Productivity and Quality Institute (PQI) at AASTMT. She has been awarded a Master in Quality Management from PQI in 2001. In addition, she earned her PhD in Sustainable Development from Bournemouth University, UK. Her current job includes preparing and adapting appropriate teaching materials in different management courses, attending Master and PhD seminars, designing material and presentations for training courses, seminars and conferences and developing and updating the Diploma Degree Program in Quality Management as well as the Master Degree Program in Quality Management. Her research interests focus on Contemporary Management, Strategic Management. She has published several papers about undertaking improvement of Higher Education Institutions.
