AASTMT - Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development “Agreement”

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Co-operational Agreements with different World Universities and Institutions that increase the scope of cooperation in areas of common interest, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - AASTMT President signed a co-operational agreement with Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development on Monday 16- 9- 2019, at AASTMT, where the company can get benefit from AASTMT expertise in qualifying the company cadres as the company will provide its services to AASTMT students and staff.
It’s worth to mention that Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction and Development of the Ministry of Public Business Sector, as the company executed all the construction and development works in Heliopolis suburb as well as executed the utilities services projects since its establishment in 1906 till now, till it became an integrated city, as the company vision aspires to attain an international level of performance, and an outstanding role in the field of development and real estate investment, as to achieve its goal in the Egyptian market, where Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is considered as a pioneer in the field of real estate investment in the Middle East and its main role is to participate effectively in urban development projects and to exploit its lands as the company owns the largest land area in the Middle East.
