Dr. Badr Ali is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Marine Engineering Technology, College of Maritime Transport & Technology (CMTT). He currently acts as the Dean of Scientific Research for Maritime Affairs at Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Dr. Badr Ali obtained his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt. He has attended much training, workshops and conducted several mobilities for teaching and training in the EU Universities. Dr. Badr Ali has also good experience for Marine Causalities and Marine Surveying. Dr. Badr Ali is an expert at the economic courts for maritime lawsuits
